Macron Says Huhn Is
Candidate To Face Pheffer

Calling Kenneth Huhn, the Independence Party candidate for Assembly (23 A.D.), the only choice to allow us to turn away from the past, John Macron, delegate to the 2000 Republican National Convention and former candidate for the City Council said Republicans and Conservatives should consider supporting the Independence line this November 5.

"Choice among multiple political candidates is a cornerstone of our county," Macron said.

Macron continued, "I commend the Independence Party for putting forth the only candidate to face long-time incumbent Audrey Pheffer. The 23rd Assembly District Republican leadership has to answer for their failure to put forth a Republican choice for the people of South Queens."

"This country was based upon the fact that people could choose their leaders in free and open elections, not just have one candidate anointed behind closed doors. If the Republican and Conservative fail to give us a choice, perhaps we should look to the Independence Party."
