ARTSPLASH 2002 is finally here. Weekends from October 5 - November 3, two galleries and a sculpture garden will be filled with diverse visual arts and a variety of performing artists. Opening reception is Sunday, October 6, 12 noon - 4 pm. The reception includes entertainment and refreshments. sTudio 6 and sTudio 7 Gallery hours: Saturdays 12 noon-5 pm, Sundays 1-4 pm. Come and enjoy the weekends of autumn. Free admission to all events and exhibitions. RAA thanks Newsday for its sponsorship of refreshments for the opening reception and the following four weekends.

5:30pm - Jammin' with Matt Gilleece, Tom Graves, Danny Marston, and Marty Tisch (Rock/R&B)

8pm - Seanchai (Celtic hip hop band)

October 20 - 3pm-5pm - Screening of ArtJam, art video by Ken Keegan (repeat screenings)

   

October 26 -7pm - Cora, dance-theater company presents Down a Small Road and ShortComings

8pm - Poetry Reading - Tomasina DeCrescenzo

October 27 - 1pm - Synthesis Dance Project

4pm - Ditzi Chinese Bamboo Flute Soloist Shu-ni Tsou

   

November 2 - 3pm - Tri-Muzik/Music and Me (Children's Dance-Theater Co.)

4pm - Belly Dancing, Lorraine Costa & Adele Lynn

8pm - Stage Reading with Canizio Monologues & Poetry
