As a surfer born and raised on the Rockaway shores it was very disturbing to read all about law enforcement handing out tickets to surfers who were taking advantage of our free ocean during the hours that lifeguards were not on duty. More ... I am a surfer that was one of the initial ones to be ticketed for surfing back in May. I am currently still fighting this in court & have to appear tomorrow. More ... There are two groups of people in the United States of America; they are the members of law enforcement and suspects.
