Dot on Roxbury by Dotty Taphouse

The First Friday of St. Genevieve's was held on May 3 in Father Hession Hall and Run by Ladies of the Church.  Timmy Feimer of the Roxbury Barn II catered the delicious food and Patti-Cake made the yummy cakes.  The drinks were served by Jim Norris.  Another enjoyable afternoon.

On Sunday May 5th I celebrated my birthday in the Roxbury Barn II with about 40 (immediate) family members.  The food was delicious, drinks great and a beautiful three tiered cake made by Patti-Cake.  A gigantic Thank You and Hugs & Kisses to each of you.

On Monday May 6th members of the Breezy Point Golden Age went on a shopping trip to Kohl's in Oceanside, on the new Trinity Van (thanks to Dr. Geraldine M. Chapey, Chairperson).  We had lunch on our own.  Chris drove the van and deserves a well-earned thank you for his time and company.

Happy Birthday to my grandson Glen Taphouse, May 12.

Love Dot.
