I am writing about the boys who can often be found hanging out it front of Stella Maris H.S. at dismissal time. I would not like to disclose my identity, but I am greatly disturbed by these guys every day after school. More ... There are three ways of describing someone who says or does something: ignorant, where the person in question is not aware of the facts; stupid, where the person knows the facts, but displays a dullness of his/her mind; and a liar, where the person knows the facts and chooses to distort them, to deceive others. More ... After seeing the front page of your paper last week I was outraged. The first thing I saw was a beautiful color photograph of my parish Church, Saint Rose of Lima. Then I saw the article next to it underneath a headline that read "Charged Priest Served St. Rose in 70 More ... Every morning I travel to work on Rockaway Beach Blvd., which is usually a smooth ride. Now when I reach Beach 138th Street to Beach 140th Street the pavement is torn up, very bumpy and a killer on any car. Why on these two blocks is it taking so long to finish whatever repairs supposed to be done? Today is April 8, 2002 I went by these two blocks at 4:30 a.m. and no work was being done and when I made my return trip home from work at 1:30 p.m., still no work or workers. "What More ...
