On Saturday, March 23, 2002, 49 teams from Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Maryland, Washington D.C., and our own Far Rockaway team, the world championship Stan Peppers Steppers team, competed for top honors in the 22nd Annual Rockaway Double Dutch Tournament.
