Brokaw, Rather …G-man?

Brokaw, Rather …G-man?

Dear Editors;

   Two things. The G-man poses some provocative questions and striking theories about the Belle Harbor (Bronx) tragedy, downed Flight 587, the truths or untruths of which might never be known.

However, by questioning what is handed down to us as "fact" in as accurately documented a fashion as possible, he shows his growth as a columnist and his promise for a career as a news analyst.  (No, I'm not his mother.)

In a matter of far less importance, can The Wave please fit the TV schedule on one sheet in the middle of the paper, as they used to? That would be great!

By the way, Emil's 1900 picture of the boardwalk and the accompanying history (over by Beach Channel High School) was most informative. My kids played ball there with the Little League.  I know, so did everybody's. I loved those games and say a Merry Christmas and thanks to Charlie Brady, Big Jim Murchison, Gus Giannos and, of course, Marty Andresen and all the coaches for the sore throats from shouting and all the grand memories. I said 'two things,' and it turned out to be ten. Must be the medicine!
