Health and Harmony

In giving thanks, we remember all that we have been given; our family, our friends, our talents, our experiences. In giving thanks, we remember how we have used our talents and our experiences, our family and our friends. In giving thanks, we celebrate our victories, our challenges, our mistakes. They have all given us an understanding of our journey; compassion for our companions along the way and the wisdom of a lesson well learned.

Even the most painful of experiences teaches us well. Pearl S. Buck, a noted author, once said, "There is an alchemy in sorrow. It can be transmuted into wisdom, which, if it does not bring joy, can bring happiness." Happiness induces a state of inner calm. Harmony. The beautiful music the soul plays when body and mind are in perfect alignment. Health flows naturally from a state of harmony. Health & Harmony.

Let us be thankful for the abundance of opportunities we are given to choose from in order to continually create a state of health and harmony for ourselves, for our family and for our friends.

In great and glorious thanksgiving for the simple, everyday experiences of life, I wish you all a Healthy and Harmonious Thanksgiving!

May the Blessings Be!
