Greater New York Ice Hockey League – Stars Squirt "B" Team
     On Saturday, October 27, 2001, the Stars traveled to Morristown, N.J. to face off against the New Jersey Colonials an AA team. The large crowd was treated to a great game, as both teams gave it their all. Although the Stars outshot the Jersey boys, they went down to defeat by a 2-1 score.

St. Thomas More Captures Championships
      In 1994, the St Thomas More Cross Country program was re-instituted running only six athletes. The program continued to grow year by year and in 1997 it won its first Diocesan team title. In 1998, 1999 and 2000 STM won two of the eight available team championships each year and in 2000 Matt Basmagy and Emma Devlin won its first two individual Diocesan Championships. This year our 30 boys and 24 girls hoped to continue this trend and win at least two Diocesan Team Championships. But
