Theresa Thompson, fiancé of Robert Taphouse II had a beautiful bridal shower at the Harbor Light on Saturday, September 8th. Theresa is the daughter of Diane and Tom Thompson and Robert is the son of Carole and Bob Taphouse. Theresa was thrilled and received many beautiful gifts. "Deathtrap" is the jump-out-of-your-seat, laugh-out-loud thriller now being presented at the Post Theater at Fort Tilden through September 22. This latest production of the Rockaway Theatre Company is a brilliantly constructed, exciting and literate play by Ira Levin. A clever thriller to hold your constant attention, it is also brimming with intelligent humor. Talented Director Martin Kornberg has led his five skilled actors in a delicate and spine-tingling dance that will remain permanently in your memory. The sets for RTC productions have become as applauded as the plays themselves, and the "Deathtrap" set is no exception. Performances are Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. with a 2 p.m. Sunday matinee on September 16. Ticket prices are $10 for adults, $5 for seniors and children. Tickets may be purchased at the door.
