Dot on Roxbury by Dotty Taphouse

On July 28, 2001 I was blessed by attending a double christening for my great-grandson Stephen Edward Livingston and my great-granddaughter Jessica Anne Bai Yu Geis.

The christening took place at St. Genevieves Church in Roxbury the beautiful service was performed by Father Jack. The proud parents of Stephen Edward are Jeanine and Craig Livingston. His godparents are Ann-Marie Geis and Robert Taphouse.  Stephen's grandparents are Rob & Carole Taphouse and Sonny & Sandy Livingston. The proud parents of Jessica Anne are Ann-Marie and Peter Geis.  The godparents are Ellen Geis and Ron Farrell. Jessica Anne's grandparents are Dorothy & Ron Farrell and Mary Jane & Greg Geis.

A beautiful party was held on the beach in front of Rob and Carole's house. We had an absolutely perfect day with great weather, high tide, lots of beach umbrella's and a great frozen drink machine, which served Pina Colada's and Strawberry Daquiri's. It was a perfect day for my perfect great grandchildren.

Thanks to all of the ladies for the last card party at the Catholic Club. We appreciate all of the years and memories.

Happy Birthday to Beth Ann Kahlau, August 4th and to Tom DeRosa in Florida.

Lots of Love Dot
