Ever wonder how much beach can be washed away in one storm? Today you are back in February of 1920 on the day after the two-day northeaster of that year.

The bungalows shown in Edgemere were at beach level and supported by piling driven into the sand. But that was before the storm! During the big blow of the 1920, the structures were underlined and then knocked off their pile supports. Need I say anymore!
