Dear Editor:

There goes the G-Man playing the race card again. If any of the "European writers on The Wave wrote about minorities the way the G-Man ostracizes "Europeans", The Wave office would be shut down. If it wasn’t for "Europeans," G-Man, the world would be riding in carts being pulled by oxen. If it wasn’t for "Europeans" the life expectancy would be one third of what it is today.

If it wasn’t for "Europeans" the greatest document ever written, the Constitution of the United States, wouldn’t be. If it wasn’t for European missionaries there would be no one taking care of the sick in the third world countries. Last week’s papers told of a slave ship carrying young children being sold. That wasn’t "European" doings. I remember as a youngster how beautiful Rockaway was when mostly "Europeans" inhabited it. You could go to any part of Rockaway, on the bus in complete safety. All you have to do is read The Wave blotter and understand why those days are gone. Why don’t you talk about the crime situation in Rockaway, and try to do something constructive instead of race bashing.
