Violation Of Rights

Dear Editor;

The Housing Authority, as you know, continue to violate our rights and have no regard for us at all. When others or myself stand up and complain about the unjust rules and violations, they automatically send you downtown to their barbaric arena, AKA 250 Broadway. Before we’re even heard, they suggest probation or termination. I can only conclude that the reason for this is that we have no respect for ourselves. If we would come together and stand up against this criminal exercise demonstrated by the Housing Authority.

The Housing Authority has gotten so comfortable, that they don’t care who presides over these cases. For example, when I was tried, they put an incoherent judge or should I say, an outright drunk with a prosecuting attorney, who was so inexperienced that if he was placed in a real court he’d be like a lost child in an open field. I say this because he was not much for my defense attorney, Mr. Michael Valentine, who not only showed them the law but also outright proved the former manager and superintendent to be the liars they are.

So, having said the above and being the fair person I am, I urge the Housing Authority and us as residents, to put an end to this madness and come together and respect one another.

PS: Racism is nothing more than an onipulation of a distraction away from capitalization, dollars and cents, powers to be, and control.
