St. Camillus girl’s junior basketball team Bryan’s Auto emerged victorious over Baskin and Robbins 22-6 with notable scoring by Heather Molloy, Michele Kenel and Kristin Kellegher, despite the defense of Casey Duffy.

The Beach Clubs slow start in the first quarter cost them the game in a 20-16 win by Dr. Schilling. Mairead Greaney tried hard but Kelly Carman and Michelle Cashen were too much to handle.

Current standings for junior girls is Dr. Schilling 4-1, Beach Club 2-3, Bryan’s Auto 3-2, and Baskin and Robbins 1-4.

Senior girls basketball team Irish Circle claimed a 21-12 victory over The Wave. Amanda and Marissa Weber-Bey proved overpowering against the efforts of Danielle Daly and Allana Quinn.

Knights of Columbus stormed over the American Legion 30-12. Aided by her teammates, Suzanne Hurley out did herself scoring 28 points with two three pointers, hard drives and terrific rebounding.

Current standings for senior girls is Knights of Columbus 3-2, American Legion 2-3, Irish Circle 3-2 and The Wave 2-3.
