Boudreau In Custody
‘Wanted’ Turns Self In

David Boudreau, 18, turned himself into Detective Ralph Valentino of the 100 Precinct Detective Squad on Tuesday, June 20 after he was featured as the lead front page Wave story as a "Most Wanted" fugitive from justice last week.

According to Sgt. Artie Nappo, head of the 100 Precinct Detective Squad, after the article appeared in The Wave Friday morning, the phones at the 100 Precinct, as well as the CRIMESTOPPERS Hotline, were ringing off the hook with tips about Boudreau’s whereabouts.

Wanted in connection with two recent burglaries on Beach 91 street, Boudreau was placed under arrest by Valentino and charged with two felony counts of burglary. As The Wave went to press Thursday, Bourdreau was in custody and awaiting a trial date.
