Community Board 14 will have its next monthly meeting on Tuesday, April 11 at the American Legion Hall, 301 Beach 92 street, at 7:45 p.m.

Several land-use topics will be discussed, including a hearing on a Board of Standards and Appeals application, review and recommendations for the Department of City Planning Unified Bulk Program, and review and recommendation of the Community Facilities Provision.
