Six Fugitives Top The Lists

Still At Large, Still Most Wanted

By Joan Ward George

Six fugitives from justice, three being sought by the 100 Precinct and three by the 101 Precinct, have risen to the top of The Wave "Most Wanted" list.

Rahmel Thompson, a.k.a. "Rah", is being sought as a suspect in a May, 1999 homicide that took place within the confines of the 100 Precinct.

Pamela Williams is wanted for an August armed robbery that took place within the confines of the 100 Precinct. She is described by police as a 34 year old black female whose last known address as 195-14 Woodhull avenue, Jamaica. She is known to frequent Beach 62 street and Beach Channel drive.

Police caution that Williams is to be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.

Clarence Robinson is also wanted by the 100 Precinct Detective Squad for a forcible robbery that took place last month at 320 Beach 98 street. He is described as a 24 year old black male whose last known address is 82-01 Rockaway Beach boulevard. He is also described by police as thought to be armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Thompson, Williams or Robinson is asked to call the 100 Precinct Detective Squad at 318-4224.

Detectives from the 101 Precinct are targeting in this week on the apprehension of Corey Lowe, Jerry Stroy and Rondel Mitchell.

Lowe is being sought for a robbery that took place in Far Rockaway. He is described by police as a 6’1", 190 pound black male with a clear skin tone and an Afro-type hairstyle. He is also known by several aliases: Cory Lowe, Orlando, Korey O. Lowe and Korey Lowe.

Stroy is wanted by the detectives of the 101 Precinct Detective Squad for a shooting that took place in June within the confines of the 101 Precinct.

According to police, on June 1, 1999 a 23 year old man was standing in front of 411 Beach 54 street in the Edgemere section of Rockaway when he heard shots fired. As the man began to run from the direction of the shots, detectives report that he turned around and saw Stroy firing a gun. It was then that the victim was shot in the leg and knee. Police believe that the victim unwittingly came upon a shooting and that he just happened to be in the line of fire when Stroy was shooting at his intended victim.

Stroy is known to live at various addresses in the Edgemere area.

Rondell Mitchell, a.k.a. "Doughboy", is wanted for a shooting that took place on Sunday, October 10 in front of 55-05 Beach Channel drive. He is described by police as a 17 year old black male, 5'5", 235 pounds.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Lowe, Stroy or Mitchell is asked to call the 101 Precinct Detective Squad at 868-3432.
