101 Seeks Four Fugitives

Phillip Harris is wanted by detectives from the 101 Precinct for a shooting that occurred early this year in front of 510 Beach 54 street. The victim in the incident identified Harris as the shooter who allegedly shot at him several times as he sat in his parked vehicle in front of this Arverne address. The victim was transported to St. John’s Hospital for treatment; the perp fled the scene of the crime.
Harris is being actively sought by the 101 Precinct detective squad in connection with this shooting incident. His last known address was 511 Beach 54 street, Far Rockaway. He is described by police as a 40 year old black male.
Anyone with information about Harris’ whereabouts is asked to call Detectives O’Donnell or Jenkins at the 101 Precinct Squad at 868-3429 or the CRIMESTOPPERS Hotline.
Jerry Stroy is wanted by the detectives of the 101 Precinct Detective Squad for a shooting that took place in June within the confines of the 100 precinct.
According to police, shortly after 1 a.m. on June 1, a 23 year old man was standing in front of 411 Beach 54 street in the Edgemere section of Rockaway when he heard shots fired. As the man began to run from the direction of the shots, detectives say, he turned around and saw Stroy firing a gun. It was then that the victim caught shots in the leg and knee.
Cops believe that the victim unwittingly came upon a shooting and that he just happened to be in the line of fire when Stroy was shooting at his intended victim.
Stroy is known to live at various addresses in the Edgemere area. Anyone with information about Stroy’s whereabouts is asked to call the 101 Precinct Detective Squad at 868-3429 or the CRIMESTOPPERS Hotline.
Donnell Davis is being sought by detectives of the 101 Precinct Detective Squad for the violation on an order of protection.
His last known address was 13-18 Eggert place, Far Rockaway.
Davis is described by police as a 5’9", 150 pound, black male with kinky hair, flushed skin tone and brown eyes.
Anyone with information relative to Davis’ whereabouts is asked to call the 101 Precinct Squad at 868-3429 or the CRIMESTOPPERS Hotline.
Cory Lowe is being sought by the 101 Precinct Detective Squad for a robbery that took place within the contents of the 101 Precinct.
He is described by police as a 6’1", 190 pound black male with a clear skin tone and an Afro-type hairstyle. He is also known by aliases Cory Lowe, Orlando, Korey O. Lowe and Korey Lowe.
Anyone with information about Lowe’s whereabouts is asked to call the 101 Precinct at 868-3429 or the CRIMESTOPPERS Hotline.
Police are seeking the community’s help in finding these fugitives. If anyone has knowledge of the present location of Harris, Stroy, Davis or Lowe is asked to call the CRIMESTOPPERS HOTLINE at 1-800-577-TIPS. A reward of up to $1,000 will be paid for the arrest and indictment of any of these individuals. All information will be kept confidential. No attempt should be made to make contact or apprehend these individuals as many of the fugitives listed in the Most Wanted column are to be considered armed and dangerous. All of the persons described in this article are to be considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
