Frances Pauline Fassett Of Inwood
Funeral services for Frances Pauline Fassett were held July 22 at the First Baptist Church, Far Rockaway.
Born in Maryland, Pauline later moved to Inwood and then joined the First Baptist Church of Far Rockaway. She died July 18, 1999.
Frances is survived by her sister Christine Coulbourne and her brother-in-law John; her aunts Mary Postley and Luvenia Fassett and a host of other relatives and friends.
Interment under the direction of the Chatmon & Benson Funeral Home of Inwood was in Rolling Green Memorial Park, West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Michael Flood Of Rockaway Park
Mass of Christian Burial for Michael Flood was scheduled to be celebrated 9:45 a.m., July 31, at St. Camillus Church, Rockaway Park.
A mail carrier with the U.S. Postal Service, Mr. Flood was also a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps from 1973-79. He died July 28, 1999.
He is survived by his wife Rita (nee Whelan) and sons Mike and Matthew; brothers Thomas (and Dede), Neil (and Aileen), Hughie (and Kelly), Patrick (and Kathy) and Timothy; he is also survived by sisters Kathy and Sheila (and Richie), Margie (and Eddie), Mary (and Pete); 22 nieces and nephews.
Viewing was scheduled for Friday July 30 (2-5, 7-10 p.m.) at the Dennis S. O’Connor Funeral Home.
Interment under the direction of the Denis S. O’Connor Funeral Home Inc. Of Rockaway Beach will be in St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, New York.

Funeral services for Dolores Jean Smith Foster were held July 24 at the Merrick Park Baptist Church, Queens.
A long time employee of St. John’s Hospital in Far Rockaway, Delores died July 20, 1999.
She is survived by son James jr. and his wife Deborah; daughters Tracey; sister Jessiah Holman; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
Final arrangements were entrusted to the Chatmon & Benson Funeral Home of Inwood, New York.
Inez Timmons, Bookkeeper
Funeral services for Inez Timmons were held July 23 at the trinity Lutheran Church, St. Albans.
A bookkeeper who worked for various financial institutions, Inez was an active member of her church. She died July 18, 1999.
She is survived by husband Robert Edwin Timmons; daughters Elyce Brown, Karen Timmons, Janelle Anderson, and Jasmine Timmons; son Walter; son-in-law Keith Brown; brothers, sisters, grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Interment under the direction of the Jeremiah C. Gaffney Funeral Home Inc. of Inwood was in Calverton National Cemetery, Long Island, New York.
Maureen Glynn Of Rockaway Point
Mass of Christian Burial for Maureen Glynn was celebrated July 27 at St. Thomas More Church, Breezy Point.
Maureen worked at Peninsula Hospital Center as a medical transcriber. She also worked as a secretary for St. Thomas More Church. Maureen died July 24, 1999.
The widow of Edward J., she is survived by daughters Patricia Wheaton, and Donna and Susan Glynn; sister Patricia Dwyer and grandchildren Jacqueline and Danielle.

Margaret Morgan Of Rockaway Park
Mass of Christian Burial for Margaret Morgan was scheduled to be celebrated 9:45 a.m., July 30 at St. Francis DeSales Church, Belle Harbor.
A Rockaway Park resident since 1962, Margaret was a business administrator. She died July 27, 1999.
She is survived by husband Peter; brothers John and Eugene McGuigan and sister Ann Moran.

Charles Westenberg Of Roxbury
Funeral services for Charles Westenberg will be conducted at the Denis S. O’Connor Funeral Home on Saturday, July 31 at 10 a.m.
A stationary engineer with the NCY Department of Corrections, Mr. Westenberg was a member of the U.S. Marine Corps from 1948-52; he was a 40 year member of the Roxbury Volunteer Fire Department and a member of the VFW. He died July 28, 1999.
The widower of Lillian (nee Caffrey) he is survived by daughters Patricia Colleran, Debra Hartman, and Doreen Westenberg; sons-in-law Steven Colleran and Bill Hartman; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
