Rockaway Park Association: End Water Bill Problems Now!

Do you have water bill questions? Do you want water saving ideas? Look no further. The Rockaway Park Association (RPA) and the New York City Department of Environmental Protection wants to help you resolve your water bill and meter problems at a customer service night on Monday, June 21 at the Belle Harbor Yacht Club, 533 Beach 126 street.

Through the efforts of the Rockaway Park Association, DEP will be brought to the community to help all Rockaway residents and business owners with existing water bill and water meter problems. The event will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

DEP customer service staff will be on hand to resolve water bill problems with billing computers on site to provide immediate answers to inquiries and concerns. Additional consumer services, such as conservation assistance, will be offered. DEP requests that for immediate assistance, bring recent water and sewer bills.

RPA members will also be available throughout the event to listen to other concerns you may have. Need a pothole fixed? A street lamp out? Are there problems on your block or on the beach? Do you have safety concerns? Let RPA members hear what you have to say and they will bring it to the proper agencies and elected officials.

Refreshments will be provided by Ludwigs Catering and the Belle Harbor Yacht Club. All residents and business owners are urged to attend this evening where results are guaranteed!
