Peninsula Hospital Center is a 235-bed acute-care, teaching hospital which has been serving the communities of the New York communities of the Rockaways, Five Towns, Queens and Brooklyn since 1908, and encompasses a 200-bed hospital-based, skilled nursing facility, providing the area with a full continuum of individualized care.

 

We are proud to introduce our brand new, state-of-the-art Angels on the Bay Pediatric Unit, a dedicated, 14-bed Inpatient Unit. Features include:

"Under the Sea" theme in a child-focused atmosphere.
Observation and treatment room.
On-site, Board Certified Pediatricians, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Specialized nursing staff trained in growth and development.
Pediatric Emergency Care and Asthma Management Program.
Kids' Korner Playroom with 200-gallon aquarium.
Rooming-in facilities for parents.
Parents' Place dedicated lounge.
Pediatric Specialty Care, Including: Allergy Immunology, Cardiology, Hematology, Endocrinology and the Gastroenterology Well Care Program.
