Karate Kids Focus on Math

Brown Belts John Barca and Jillian Spataro are shown with Sensei (teacher) Bruce Hodes of World Champions Karate Center. John of St. Francis de Sales, and Jillian of St. Virgilius will be representing the Brooklyn/Queens Region in the Annual Diocesan Mathematics Bee on Tuesday, April 27. They both are representative of the hard training and dedication they have shown in school and karate.
