Little League Looks For Travel Team Hopefuls

The Broad Channel Athletic Club is looking for boys 15 and 16 who are interested in playing baseball in the coming spring.

The team will participate in a Queens travel league located in southern Queens. Any player wishing to play for the BCAC team should contact the BCAC at 718 318 0600 or visit our website at www.broadchannelac. com Leave a message and someone will get back to you.

The BCAC Jamaica Bay Little League officials will also be at Memorial Field every Saturday between 9 am and 12 noon for anyone interested in signing up for the spring in-house little league.

Late registration is open to players between the ages of 4 thru 12. The season will kick off with the opening day parade and games on Saturday, May 8th, this is the new date set due to the work being done on the field. 2004 Jamaica Bay LL President Jimmy Trudden has announced that the season parade and opening games will now be held on May 8th, parade kick off will be 10am starting at 17th Road Park and commencing at BCAC Memorial field with opening games to follow.
