for larger version       March Madness Shootout At St. Francis
Saint Francis de Sales held a March Madness shootout fundraiser in which all of the students participated in the basketball shootout during their gym classes the week of March 8. Cathy Crockett, Bishop Kear ney Varsity head baseball coach led the fundraiser with plenty of help from Sister Patricia, Phylis Lugrano Mar garet Carley, Joanne Kane, Regina Cranston, Debra Munns, Bridget Santiago and Helene Hamilton, St. Francis de Sales gym teacher. Over 4,000 dollars was raised and the proceeds will go towards the school and buying new gym equipment. Sister Patricia, the principal of St. Francis, is hoping this will become an annual fundraiser. The winning class who raised the most money enjoyed a pizza party. The top 10 fundraisers received a March Madness Shootout T-Shirt. Thanks to all who made this a successful event.
