City Councilman Joseph Addabbo and his wife, Dawn, have reported the birth of their first child, Alexis Jules was born on April 4 at 9:14 a.m. at New York Hospital Center of Queens. She is 20 inches longs and weighed in at 7lbs. 1 oz. Mother and daughter are home and reportedly doing well.
