Breezy Point Golf News
By Doris Neimeth

Our ParTee golfers are back in full swing even with the hot, humid day of last Thursday, June 26th. Just a few of the gals left after 9 holes and many more wished that had done so too after completing 18 holes. Talk about us gals with red faces!! Top scores for the day were Doris Neimeth - 61 with two birdies on holes 6 & 7 and a chip-in birdie on 17; Eileen Watson - 62 with three birdies on holes 1,5 & 18; Peg Ansbro and Pam Armour - 62; Barbara Caramelli - 63 with three birdies on holes 5, 8 & 11; Pat Disch - 67 with a chip-in birdie on hole 2; Evelyn Gannon - 69 with a birdie on hole 7.

Scores in the 70’s, Joan McNally - 70; Maureen Riis - 70; Gail Clifford - 72; Mary Ellen Hogan - 73 with a chip-in birdie on hole 7 and birdie on hole 15; Mildred Seligman - 73 with a chip-in on hole 6; Pat Powers - 74; Mary O’Rourke - 75 with a chip-in on hole 2; Marilyn Higgins - 77; Joan Fallon - 78 and Ann Lane - 79.  Lil Hanratty with a chip-in on hole 7.

The Guys and Dolls Tournament will be held July 10th, price is $36.00 a couple with luncheon to follow at the Catholic Club. Our thoughts are with those who have not returned to ParTee this year due to health reasons and we pray for speedy recoveries.
