Inducted Into Honor Society

Cara Pensabene of Rockaway Point, a member of the Class of 2004 at Loyola College in Maryland, has been elected for membership in Alpha Sigma Nu, the honor society of Jesuit institutions of higher learning.

Alpha Sigma Nu, founded in 1915 at Marquette University, honors a select number of students each year on the basis of scholarship, loyalty and service. The society seeks students who demonstrate an intelligent appreciation of, and commitment to, the ideals of Jesuit higher education – intellectual, social, moral, and religious.

Loyola College in Maryland is a Jesuit comprehensive university, comprised of a College of Arts and Sciences and The Sellinger School of Business and Management. Established in 1852, Loyola enrolls 3,300 undergraduate and 3,000 graduate students from across the country.
