Award-winning blues and jazz artist Robert Ross presents a free afternoon concert of traditional jazz and blues standards in addition to some original tunes. The Rockaway Artists Alliance (RAA) is holding a meeting on June 10. Guest speaker is well-known sculptor Peter Lundberg, creator of monumental sculpture at Riis Landing and curator of sculpture installations in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Rockaway Columbiettes will sponsor a bus/theatre trip to Centre Stage at Molloy College on June 30 for the Broad Hollow Theatre Company’s production of the comedy "Checking Out."
