Rockaway Artists Alliance meetings will be held on the second Monday of every month in building T-149, Fort Tilden.

The Rockaway Theatre Company, in association with Gateway National Recreation Areas, announces its Spring workshop schedule. Monday Nights beginning March 4: Beginners Vocal Class. Tuesday Nights beginning March 5: Beginners Tap class. Thursday Nights beginning March 7: Dance through exercise. All courses will be given in Bldg T149 at Fort Tilden. Class times are 7-8 p.m. Workshops will run for 10 consecutive weeks. Costs are nominal but space is limited. For further info email rtc@nyc.rr.com or write to Rockaway Theatre Company, P.O. The May Museum of Temple Israel of Lawrence is presenting "Sculptures, Paintings, and Ceramics of Isabella Slobodoff." The opening is Friday, March 15 at 7 p.m., 140 Central Ave. For appointments call (516)-239-1140. Free admission.
