Sympathy For The Victims

Dear Editor:

As a resident of Bayswater Far Rockaway I wish to express my
deepest sympathy to the victims and families of the tragic plane crash. To my neighbors of Bell Harbor I know that all Rockaway residents stand beside you during this terrible tragedy. While watching a television news broadcast I saw the
students of Bell Harbor PS114 attending school a day after the crash.

While they were entering the school many students were shouting, "we are proud to be an American." And it made me proud of these children, their parents and their teachers and proud that they are America’s future.

JOHN PATRYLO
