Dear Editor;

I just wanted to thank Mr. Styles for his Page of Remembrance, although it brought a tear to my eye and sadness to my heart it also made me very happy to know that my dad (Ernest Stephens), my grandparents (Mr. and Mrs. Connor and Fannie Stephens), uncles and aunts  (Rev and Mrs. Miller), and a host of family and friends have not been forgotten.

I think we all miss Mother Connors’ cakes, pies and dinners she used to make, or sitting down in Ernest’s barbershop chatting, going to Macidonia and hearing Rev. Miller speak. My god how I miss my family, but through my tears I still say thank you for remembering.
