KeySpan Energy Receives RDRC Award

KeySpan Energy’s Community and Economic Development Division will be presented with the "Rockaway Means Business" Award at the Rockaway Development and Revitalization Corporation’s 14th Annual Tribute at Russo’s on the Bay, on Wednesday, May 17.

KeySpan Energy is the parent company of Brooklyn Union, the nation's fourth largest natural gas utility, serving more than 1.5 million customers in New York City and Long Island. KeySpan Energy owns and operates more than 6,000 MW of electric power generation on Long Island and in New York City and provides management of the electric transmission and distribution system, and customer services, to the Long Island Power Authority's 1.1 million customers.

It is not just enough to provide the best possible service at the lowest cost to its customers.
