Miguel Rizzo, 17, and Steven Sudziardski, 18, have been arrested and charged with a home invasion at a bungalow at Beach 108 street in Rockaway Park. According to detectives at the 100 Precinct, the two teenagers are awaiting a trial date while incarcerated at Rikers Island. They have each been arraigned on two counts of robbery, two counts of burglary, and two counts assault. In addition Sudziardski has been charged with attempted sodomy in the first degree.

According to police, the two perpetrators are accused of entering a Beach 108 street bungalow on Monday, May 1, 2000 at 2:30 a.m. through a rear window, and beating and torturing the two male residents of the bungalow for more than two hours.
