Beach Club Property Sold For $2.75 Million
      The Beach Club, which served for many years as a watering hole on Beach 116 Street and then morphed into a catering hall before it was closed three years ago, has been sold for $2.75 million dollars, according to the realtor who cut the deal earlier this week.

Gov Paterson To Host Rockaway Town Hall
      Governor David Paterson is coming to Rockaway, thanks to the sponsorship of Reverend Les Mullings of The Church of The Nazarene, Rockaway Clergy and Queens elected officials. They will host Paterson for a town hall meeting on February 11 at 6:00 p.m. at Far Rockaway High School. Open to the public, the meeting will discuss issues including teen violence, unemployment and education.
